To be in accordance with IRS rules, charitable donations must be in hand or postmarked by 12-31-09 to be counted as a tax deductible donation in 2009. Donations received after 12-31-09 or postmarked after 12-31-09 will be tax deductible in the 2010 tax year. Thanks for your understanding that CEO must comply with IRS regulations.
