Prayer
We know that prayer is so important to our work. Below are a few prayer requests from our partners on the field:
- keep praying that we pray, and live our lives conscious of God’s presence. We need this more than anything. (many of our partners echo this request)
- for visits to the Deaf school for English. Please pray that relationships with the kids at the Deaf school lead to the kids’ relationships with God. (Doug and Lea, Hungary)
- that we would really take advantage of every day we have in the US until we return to South Africa in early 2010. (Josh and Abby in USA)
- for the next few months of rest and seeking God’s will for my next ministry assignment. (Arden in Kansas City)
- for the continuing deepening of relationships in our new church and the many outreach opportunities we have. (Laci and Keri in Hungary)
- for our continued ministry to abandoned children and their families. (Father’s House in Ukraine)
- that God would guide us into a ministry to the homeless, prostitutes, and orphans. (Laci and Keri in Hungary)
- for growth and support for the new pastor for Agape Church – (Croatia)
- for relationships with my students that have eternal fruit. (Matt in Hungary)
- for recruiting of teachers for the 2010-2011 school year.
- for deepening of relationships through meaningful conversations at International Christian Fellowship which will cause people to deepen thier walk with the Lord. (Hungary)
- for beginning plans for summer of 2010 (Stream of Love Camp, Ukraine)
- for wisdom for decision making in light of all that I learned on my fall trip to our friends and partners in Georgia, Ukraine, Hungary, Croatia, Bosnia and Spain. (Tom Foley)
- for God to give CEO enough funds in December for 90 days of operations ($10,500), in the bank by Dec. 31st.
